Sabudana

Cooking Instruction: Take out the sago as needed and keep it soaked in water for 20 minutes. After this, with the help of sieve, take out the sago in another vessel and keep it for 1:30 to 2 hours. Now Sabudana is ready to make Kheer or Bada etc. as per your choice. This way has been decided, the sabudana can be kept in the fridge for later use.
