Job Summary

The Production Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved as per the plan, maintaining product quality and safety standards, and ensuring efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plans as per the approved schedule and production targets.
• Monitor production activities and ensure smooth operation of manufacturing and packing lines.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, raw materials, packaging materials, and machinery.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the Maintenance Department for breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Food Safety, and Hygiene requirements.
• Maintain proper production records, batch records, shift reports, and other required documentation.
• Monitor production losses, material wastage, rejections, and process deviations, and take corrective actions.
• Ensure proper line clearance, changeover, and cleaning activities before starting production.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Planning, and Warehouse teams for smooth production operations.
• Ensure adherence to approved SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Monitor product quality during production and immediately report any quality deviations to the Quality Department.
• Ensure proper handling and traceability of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Train and guide operators and contract workers on production processes, safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
• Monitor manpower attendance and deployment according to production requirements.
• Identify opportunities for reducing production costs, improving productivity, and minimizing material and process losses.
• Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports and communicate production performance to the reporting manager.
• Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are maintained in the production area.
• Perform any other production-related responsibilities assigned by the Plant Head.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in food or spice manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of production processes, food safety standards, and MS Office/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for an Audit Executive for FMCG depot operations to conduct audits related to inventory, sales, dispatch, cash handling, distributor transactions, and operational compliance at depot locations. The role involves ensuring process adherence, minimizing stock losses, identifying control gaps, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of depot operations, inventory, and stock movement.
• Verify physical stock with system stock and investigate variances.
• Audit inward/outward material transactions, dispatches, and returns.
• Review sales invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and distributor claims.
• Check compliance with SOPs, company policies, and FMCG operational controls.
• Monitor cash handling, expense vouchers, and petty cash transactions.
• Identify pilferage, leakage, expiry, damages, and process gaps.
• Prepare audit reports with observations and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with depot managers, warehouse teams, and finance departments.
• Ensure proper documentation of inventory and logistics processes.
• Support surprise audits and periodic stock verification activities.
• Track closure of audit findings and compliance status.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in FMCG audit, warehouse audit, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of depot operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, SAP, Tally, or warehouse management systems.
